Welcome to Ovelqo.com.
Ovelqo is an independently operated online store operated by Bryanna Moore.
These Terms of Service govern access to our website and purchases made through Ovelqo.
By using our website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

You may use Ovelqo.com only for lawful purposes.

Order Confirmation and Acceptance
An automated order confirmation generally confirms that we have received the order.
It does not guarantee that every submitted order can be fulfilled.

If a genuine technical, synchronization, or data-entry error results in an obviously incorrect price, we may contact the customer or cancel the affected order before fulfillment and refund any applicable payment.
This provision is not intended to permit arbitrary price changes after a normal transaction has been properly completed.
Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions, and other information accurately.
Minor differences may occur because of:
- Screen settings;
- Photography;
- Lighting;
- Manufacturing batches;
- Production tolerances.
Such minor differences do not automatically mean that a product is defective.
However, this provision does not excuse delivery of a materially different product, incorrect model, substantially incorrect size, or item missing an essential advertised feature.
Payment
Payment must be made using a payment method available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers whose terms and privacy practices may also apply.
Fraud and Suspicious Transactions
If we have a reasonable basis to believe an order involves:
- Stolen payment information;
- Unauthorized payment;
- Fraud;
- Material abuse of promotions;
- Automated purchasing abuse;
- Other serious transactional irregularities,
we may temporarily hold fulfillment while the transaction is reasonably reviewed.
If a paid order is ultimately cancelled before fulfillment, the applicable payment will be refunded unless it has already been reversed or refunded through another payment process.

Returns, refunds, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and related issues are governed by the Ovelqo Return & Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise stated, original content created for Ovelqo.com, including original text, graphics, store layouts, design elements, and branding materials, belongs to Ovelqo or is used with appropriate authorization.
Protected content may not be reproduced or commercially exploited without permission except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Ovelqo relies on independent third-party providers, including ecommerce infrastructure, payment services, logistics providers, analytics providers, and other technology services.
Third-party services may be governed by their own terms.
When a third-party issue directly affects an Ovelqo order, we will make reasonable efforts to assist rather than automatically requiring the customer to resolve every issue independently.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ovelqo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that are not reasonably attributable to a breach by Ovelqo.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These Terms are not intended to waive mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.
If any provision conflicts with a mandatory legal requirement that cannot be contractually excluded, the mandatory requirement will control to the extent of that conflict.
